Get to know Derek If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be?  Master Negotiation - more than just haggling over prices though. Understanding strategy, psychology, and human nature at a much deeper level to influence and persuade others while ensuring the best possible outcome in any situation. What is your favorite part of your job?  Team building and development. Seeing a team evolve from a group of individuals into a high-performing unit that supports each other to achieve the same goal or for the same purpose is incredibly rewarding. If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be?  Elon Musk. An incredible innovator and visionary who takes long-term visions and converts them to short-term execution. I'd like to know how he evaluates risk on this, capitalizes on the opportunities that others miss, and of course, what our future with Al and Mars exploration looks like! What is your favorite thing to do in your off time?  In my off time, I enjoy working in/on my yard and spending time with the family. There's something special about creating and maintaining an outdoor space where we can all come together. I enjoy the process and take pride in the results. It's not just about it looking good but making memories in a space that feels like home.  What is your favorite Team Extreme saying?  "Clarity=Confidence" Clarity provides a strong foundation for taking action without second guessing yourself. Be clear and concise when communicating to others so that they have the confidence to carry out the action(s).

Get to know Taylor If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be? Instantly be bilingual. What is your favorite part of your job? Meeting with new and existing customers. If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be? The President of the United States Donald J. Trump. What is your favorite thing to do in your off time? Get to know Jeremy If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be? Parenting...knowing the right thing to do, right thing to say, and the right emotion to show AT ALL TIMES. Faking it until you make it is not the best philosophy in these situations. What is your favorite part of your job? Seeing the joy and/or excitement on the clients and/or their children's faces throughout the project as well as completion. If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be? My Grandpa, Gene Rodgers. To be able to have a conversation with him knowing what I know now, going through my experiences, and just an overall maturity standpoint. What a different conversation and questions I would ask now than what I did when he was here. What is your favorite thing to do in your off time? Work on the space my family uses to tell our story and do things with my hands that could help gather/bring people together. What is your favorite Team Extreme saying?
